Nexium 24HR is used to treat symptoms of GERD in adults with reflux disease (GERD). It may also be used in the management of other conditions.

Nexium 24HR is contraindicated in patients receiving intravenous (IV) ephedrine or in patients with severe hepatic impairment (including severe hepatic resection).
Each NEXIUM tablet contains: Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate 22.5 mg.
